Airport Policies:
If checking baggage
Call chauffeur at (970) 390-3599 when you reach the baggage claim area to let him know you are there and ready to be picked up. Baggage carousels are located on the West or East side of the main terminal. West baggage claims will meet Chauffeur out-side Door # 506 on Island # 1. And East baggage claims will meet chauffeur out-side of Door # 511 on Island # 1.
If you have only brought a carry- on
Please call the chauffeur at the number above when you get off the plane to let him know you have arrived. Head to the baggage claim area's of your airline, but skip the carousels and West baggage claims will meet Chauffeur out-side Door # 506 on Island # 1. And East baggage claims will meet chauffeur out-side of Door # 511 on Island # 1.

Deposits:
A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation please. **Reservations made or changed within 24 hours of reservation may be charged up to additional $100 **Requests for service between the hours of 11:00 pm and 5:30 am may be charged up to an additional $100. **ALL limos and SUV.s are non-smoking.
Cancellation Policy:
100% refund of deposit ( less 3% recovery of credit card fee's charged to us and not refundable ) if cancelled before 24 hours of reservation. No refund of deposit if cancelled within 24 hours of reservation. There is a full charge plus gratuity for airport no-shows no-calls.
Damage Policy:
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the party will be charged to the charter party at the rates set out below:
- Glasses $40
- Decanters $60
- Damp/Wet Carpet $100
- Vomiting $250
- Smoking $150
